会社のランチとして、オススメされきたところ。
立地としては少し分かりにくく、いい感じに隠れ家感があるお店。
店内は大きくないが、厨房は見えるタイプで、綺麗に掃除されたステレンスが見えるところも個人的には好きなポイントです。
担々麺、個人的にラーメンで最も味わいにバラツキがある料理だと思ってて。
けど、担々麺の風味だけでなく、味のパワーもありつつ、白胡麻の風味が強く、上品な香り。
それに、麺がよくあるちぢれで、食べすすめていくごとにスープに絡むため、後半になるにつれ味も変わっていき、食べてとても楽しい一杯でした。
ランチは並ぶらしいので、タイミングが合えば是非に！
