冷たい麺を頂けるシアワセ
過日うず坦さん訪問で坦々麺スイッチ入り今日は開け開け狙いでコチラへ
狙い通り先客は２組
看板の坦々麺と思っていたが、猛暑に慌てて来たので既に汗だく
冷たい麺のゆーわくに負けて冷やし坦々麺@1,300をお願い
メールチェックする間に結構短時間で冷やし坦々麺登場
冷たいうちに頂きまーす
マイルドな胡麻ベースに軽めの痺れと辛さのスープが、シャキッとしまった麺に絡んで旨し
水が合わない海外だと冷たい麺頂くと酷い目に遭う事が多いが、そう言う心配無く冷たい麺を頂けるシアワセを感じる
挽肉とレタスも絡めて一緒に頂くと食感の変化も楽しく更に旨し
化粧包丁入れた烏賊は見た目は良いがちょっとイマイチ
マイルドなのでご飯無くてもスープまで完食
普通盛りにご飯なしなのでもちょっと食べたいなーなボリューム感ながら大人しくごちそうさま
次回はやっぱり坦々麺にご飯だなー

平日は行列で暫くパスしてきたこちらへ
さすがに土曜だけに五分の入り
席についたら迷わず担々麺@950をオーダー
さほど待たずに担々麺登場的
担々麺は白い胡麻たっぷりのスープにラー油の鮮やかな赤がいいコントラスト
ライスと杏仁豆腐がセット
胡麻の香りでマイルドな担々麺は縮れ麺がスープに良く絡む
この胡麻の風味はなかなか別格
ラー油も適度な辛味と痺れは抑え目
具の肉味噌も粗挽きというより包丁で叩いたようなしっかり食感で食べごたえあり
チンゲン菜はありがちな一枚まんまではなく一口大
一つ一つの仕事が中華料理的
セットの杏仁豆腐も本格派
他のメニューも魅力的ながらまた次回も担々麺かな

赤坂近辺は担々麺の人気店が数々あるが、個人的にはコチラがお気に入り
早めのの昼時でも既に八分の入り
席についたら担々麺@1,000をお願い
サービスライスは我慢の良い子

5分ほどで担々麺登場
まずはスープから頂きまーす
他店と比べると麻辣は控えめで、芝麻醤たっぷりでコクと香ばしさがしっかり
柔らかめの麺とのバランス良く流石のバカ旨
挽肉もそこそこしっかり入っているので、レンゲで掬いながら頂がないと最後に底に残ってしまう
控えめとは言え食べ進むとジンワリ汗
辛さに弱い方は更に辛さ控えめオーダーも出来るので安心
ライス付けなくても、スープまで完食するとなかなかの満足感
PayPayでお支払いしてごちそうさま
花椒の効いた麻辣な担々麺も良いけど、やっぱりコチラが好みだなぁ
