お魚強化週間で、赤坂の未開拓店へ。
お店は、赤坂通り沿い。
白木カウンターの小綺麗な店内。
お昼ながら照明はやや暗く、静かにJazzが流れます。
板前さんが、コートをラックにかけてくれました。
ランチメニューは3択。
金目の煮付け
鯛めし
和牛のポン酢
今回はキンメを注文。
金目鯛は土鍋で調理してあり、提供と同時に蓋がオープン！湯気が上がって、気分もアガります。
肉厚な身が素晴らしい。煮汁はかなり濃いメニューです。小鉢は温泉玉子。素材が間違いなく良い。
デザートに、胡麻のプリン。これが秀逸。
濃厚な胡麻プリンは、豆腐かと間違うほどなめらか。
きなこに黒蜜がかかっていて、これはうまい！
大将はコワモテながら、とても感じ良く、板前さんたちも明るくとても気持ちの良いお店。
価格なりの価値のあるお昼ご飯でした。
