赤坂BizタワーSHOPS&DININGにお店があります。
赤坂駅直結で便利な立地ですね。
今回たまたま「2022夏の盛りもり祭」期間中（～9月20日まで）に、こちらのお店に立ち寄ることができました。
どことなくエキゾチックな香りが漂いますね。
シンガポールの屋台料理が多彩に揃うお店ですが、シンガポールチキンライスのメガ盛り（税込1480円）をいただきました。
店員さんは、余り愛想がありませんでしたが、これもインターナショナルだからかな。
揚げた鶏肉のシンガポールチキンライス。
パリパリの衣と鶏肉のやわらかな食感の妙が楽しめます。
塩と胡椒の下味がついているので、これだけで食べても十分に美味しいのですが、ジンジャー？のソース、チリソース、甘口のとろみがついた醤油の三種類のソースがついて、キャベツ、トマトや胡瓜のスライスもあり、バリエーション豊富ですよ。
しかも今回はお肉が二倍と、もう堪りません。
あとは、ジャスミンライスが印象的でした。
風味がしっかりとしていて、パラパラ感があり、美味しかったです。
このままでも、お肉と一緒でも相性抜群でした。
さっぱりとしたスープは、ちょっと箸休めかな。
ボリューム満点、お腹も大満足でした。
