7月に入ってから週1回、仕事で赤坂に行く用事ができました
用事が済むとちょうどランチタイム間に合うかどうかな時間帯
せっかくだから開拓してみたいとは思うんだけど、時間も微妙だし、何よりゆっくりする暇もないので結局赤坂Bizタワーで済ませる感じになりそう
ということで、先ずお伺いしたのは「シンガポール海南鶏飯」さん
提供も早いし無難なチョイスといった感じかな
お水とともに注文する前からサラダも登場
じっくりメニューを見る余裕もなく“シンガポールチキンライス ハーフ＆ハーフ大盛り”に決定
蒸し鶏と揚げ鶏のハーフ＆ハーフです
あ、ラクサのミニサイズもあるー♪
ということで“シンガポールラクサ ミニサイズ”も
相変わらず欲張りなんです
サラダを食べながら待っていると、それほど待たずにお料理が提供されました
トレーにところ狭しと乗っている様子はテンション上がる
ただ、揚げ鶏と蒸し鶏、重ねるのであれば揚げ鶏の方が上だとよかったな
衣がしなっとなっちゃってるのは残念
ソースはダークソイソースとチリソース、ショウガとネギのソースの三種類
個人的にはダークソイソースとショウガのソースを合わせたものが好きです
鶏のスープで炊いたご飯もどんどん進む
ご飯はおかわりできました
スープは優しいお味で箸休め的な存在かな
ラクサはミニとはいえ、しっかり海老も入ってたし、スープが美味しい
ココナッツミルクが効いててマイルドだけどしっかり辛味があって、わたしにはミニサイズがちょうどいいのかも
お腹いっぱいで満足なんだけどお水が小さい紙コップなのがちょっとつらいかな
ラクサが辛くてお水欲しかったんだけど、何度もおかわりをお願いするのも申し訳ないし、ついつい我慢
あとお店と通路との仕切りがないので席によっては落ち着かないのもつらいところ
場所的に使い勝手もいいのでまたお伺いすると思うけど、次回以降はなるべく奥のカウンターが空いてる時にしよっと
