日枝神社での節分の豆まきの後、赤坂見附駅近くのお蕎麦屋さん 沙伽羅 にランチに行ってきました。
昼過ぎに行ってみると、外に3組ほど待っていて、約15分ほど待って中のテーブル席に案内されました。
注文したのは、
上天丼膳
です。
上天丼膳は、そば、大海老・ししとう・茄子・カボチャ・かき揚げ天丼です。
そばは、せいろかかけを選べ、せいろ を選びました。
ざるに乗ったそばは茶色くて、ツルツル食感でやわらかい。
そばの味わいも感じ、甘めの鰹出汁の利いた汁につけて食べると風味が増します。
天丼は具がたっぷり、海老は大きめでプリッとして甘い衣も薄くていいです。
天ぷら全体に甘いタレがかかっていますが追いタレも出来ます。
茄子はジューシーで美味しい、カボチャも甘いです。
そばも天ぷらも美味しいです。
