生ビールで乾杯！お通しは水餃子。
参鶏湯のスープを使ってるとのことで。濃い感じではなく、健康的でゆっくり身に染みてくる味わい。
山芋のキムチは酸味と甘味のバランス良き！
カルボナーラチャプチェは卵黄が乗ってて割ってからソースに絡めて頂きます☺️
こんなんたまらない！カルボナーラ好きとしてはこれ毎食昼ご飯に食べたいぐらい！
盛り付けも素敵。
チヂミは結構厚みあり、具沢山！ほぼ野菜と海鮮！
外はかりかり中はふわふわ。これは良いチヂミ❤️
ポッサムは岩手県産の豚肉使用。柔らかい...！
海老の塩辛、白菜キムチ、サムジャン味噌もキャベツに包んで食べます☺️
ユッケは愛媛県産のあかね牛、柑橘系の餌をあげてるらしく臭みがなくて甘みのある脂感！
参鶏湯は骨を出来るだけとってもらえてるので
全然入ってない！とても食べやすい☺️
ここの参鶏湯は優しい味ですごい好き。
デザートのマンゴープリン、ショコラプリンも。
ムースっぽいショコラプリンが大人な味で特に別腹！
どの料理も美味しくて満足でした☺️
