赤坂で大好きな韓国料理屋の一つ。新生おんがねは2019年誕生だが、昔は同じ場所でおんがねどんどんじゅという名前でお洒落な韓国系創作居酒屋をやっていて、一品一品がどれも美味しかったので、よく職場の連中と通っていた。
久々に行きたくなり、予約。
今回は、飲み放題付で、料理は5,000円のコースを注文。
コース料理の春雨は、所謂伝統的なチャプチェか、カルボ?!を何れかをお願いできる。
お姉さんに聞くと、個人的にはカルボ風味だと言うので、中々韓国料理屋で出会いない味をチョイス、これが大正解！なかなか素晴らしい韓流とイタリアンのコラボでした！
続いて出てきた(海鮮)チヂミは、通常のチヂミより心持ち肉厚で、外はカリカリ、中はふっくらのとても上手な焼き加減で、こりゃ美味しい！
岩中豚のサムギョプサルが、これまたカリッとろ、でお酒にあうあう。
スンドゥブチゲは、いわずもがなのお味で〆として最高！
久々でしたが、変わらず素晴らしい一品一品のオンパレードで、満足度高かったです！
