青森県の鴨のお肉やバジルのシンプルなパスタで勝負しながらワインも提供されるところなのに、弟さんは鮨職人なので今の時期でも濃厚なウニやしめ鯖、丁寧に炙ったのどくろなど贅沢なお寿司がいただけます。
