牛タン尽くしコースと女将の気持ちの良い対応
久しぶりの赤坂金舌さん。人の歩いていないお盆の赤坂なのに、同伴系ではないお客さんでカウンター満席でさすが。
今日は金舌さんの牛タンを味わい尽くす＋飲み放題付きのコースです。タンは仙台名物と同じでアメリカ牛の舌とのこと。串焼きをお勧めの極上金舌にし、追加で白センマイ刺しをお願いしました。しめのカレーはTKGに気持ちよく変更してもらいました。
極上金舌は歯応え・肉汁・柔らかさ・旨味とさすがの一品でした。赤ワインが進みます。途中で、飲み放題の赤ワインではなく、女将お勧めのナパの赤ワインを変えてくださり、これがなかなか良いお味でした。
今日の1番は、鰹出汁の茹でタン。しゃぶしゃぶをイメージしていたら、厚いタンで出汁も美味しくて飲み干してしまいました。ナパの赤ワインと良く合いました。
牛ヒレからTKGの流れは最高でした。しめを変えてもらって大満足。

何故かメールが届き、飲み放題まで付いているお得な金舌フルコースのご案内。早速予約して、平日の18時半に訪問。カウンターは、常連さんや同伴のお客様で賑わっていました。
飲み放題メニューからスパークリングを頼んで、コーススタート。グラスが空になりそうになったら声をかけてくださるので、赤ワイン・ジントニック・蕎麦焼酎のソーダ割、又スパークリングと充分に楽しめました。
コース全部美味しくいただきましたが、特に極上温玉の効いたプラチナユッケや2種の握り、千枚漬け・トロロで挟んだあん肝が旨旨でした。握り、やばかったな…
しめは、フォアグラとトリュフの土鍋ご飯。真剣に議論している最中でしたが、口に入れた瞬間議論がストップ。旨旨。フォアグラもトリュフもちょうど良い塩梅で混ぜられていて、それぞれの良さが口の中に広がって…茹でたんのお椀も良い仕事。最後に頼んでいたスパークリングとも相性抜群でした。大満足してお会計。お得でした。
