チャン・グンソクが来日中に2日続けて通った、赤坂にあるソウルの名店が
プロカンジャンケジャン
グンちゃんが、自分で電話をかけ予約をして来店するほどお気に入りのお店は
渡り蟹を特製のしょうゆに漬けた、私も大好物の料理のカンジャンケジャンの
専門店。ソウルに本店がある大人気のお店が日本の赤坂に初出店したんです。
ケジャンは激辛の渡り蟹のコチュジャン漬けなんですけど、カンジャンケジャンは
生の渡り蟹を秘伝のしょうゆタレに漬けてあって、とろりとした渡り蟹の甘みと
蟹味噌の濃厚さがたまらない料理なんです。ご飯泥棒と言われるほどの美味しさ
最後には、蟹の甲羅にご飯を入れて、最後まで食べたいと思うほどなんです
もう、本当に美味しくてたまりません。私はソウルにこのお店があることは
知っていて、一度は行きたいとずっと思っていたので、赤坂に出来たときいて
念願叶って嬉しかったです。手間をかけて作った本場の味が堪能できました♪
蟹のデザインされた店内で、美味しいカンジャンケジャンが食べられます。
昼間はリーズナブルにカンジャンケジャンが食べられますけど、夜はそれなりの
値段なので、個人的にはランチタイムにいくのがコスパ的にオススメですよ！
お店は赤坂見附の駅を、コージーコーナー側に出て、左にTBS方面へ約5分くらい
歩いたところのビルの２階にお店はあります。１階に看板が出ていますよ〜
