韓国ソウルで超有名なケジャン専門店の「プロカンジャンケジャン」が遂に東京赤坂に上陸です。（※ケジャン＝カンジャンケジャンとは、生のワタリガニに、刻んだタマネギやニンニクなどの野菜を入れて、醤油ベースのタレに漬けて熟成させたカニの醤油漬けのことです。）
お店は、周辺にたくさんの韓国料理店が軒を連ねる激戦区にあります。その中で、目を引くのはランチの立て看板です。ランチでカンジャンケジャンが食べられるとは驚きです。韓国で食べたケジャンの味が忘れられず、喜んだのもつかの間、なんとお値段が\2900。すがに、お昼からちょびっとのカニのために、\2900出すのはもったいなかったので、気分だけでも味わえるケアルビビンバを頂くことにしました。（※ケアルとはカニみそのことです。）
集合ビルのらせん階段（※エレベーターもあります。）を上がると、怪しげな雰囲気のエントランスがお目見えします。中に入ると、カニの水槽があります。すると、奥から元気の良い声で「いらっしゃいませ～」と、お店のママさん？が挨拶して下さいました。店内には、数組のサラリーマングループとOLさんグループが数組しか見られず、お昼時なのにさみしい印象でした。
席へ着くなりさっそく、ケアルビビンバ\1300と激辛ケアルビビンバ\1400を注文しました。ランチセットの構成は、メインにおかず（小鉢）4つと、本日のスープが付きます。この日のおかずは、小松菜のゴマダレ和え、キムチ、昆布煮、温キャベツでした。（※すべてお替り出来ます。）席に呼び出しボタンがあるので、お替りをお願いしやすいところがいいですね。スープは、よくあるわかめスープです。白ゴマをトッピングして欲しかったです・・。
ケアルビビンバについては、激辛をオススメします。激辛と言っても、たまごの黄身でマイルドになるので全然辛くありません。ステンレスのボウルに刻み韓国のりが敷き詰められ、おわん盛りのご飯の上に、ケアル（カニみそ）とたまごの黄身がのっています。これをよ～くかき混ぜてから頂きます。小さいカニ（ワタリガニ）なので、カニみそは甘みがあります。しかし、それ以外は生臭い程度にしか感じませんでした。漬け時間が甘かったのでしょうか？その点、激辛は醤油ベースではなくコチュジャンベースのタレに漬けてあるので、生臭さが緩和されます。むしろ、カニみその味よりタレの味が強かったような・・。お茶は、もちろんトウモロコシのお茶です。
本場韓国の飲食店のような雰囲気が漂う内装です。店内ビジョンでは、KBS（←おそらくです。）が放送されていますし、韓国に浸れるかと思います。お昼は、人も少ないですし長居できる雰囲気です。店長さんとママさんには、親切丁寧な対応をして頂き、お二人の人柄の良さが伝わってきました。ママさんのニコニコ笑顔も良かったです。お二人と仲良くなりたいと思ったのは私だけでしょうか？チャル モゴッスムニダ♪（ごちそうさまでした。）
