集いでお邪魔させていただいたのが、こちらのお店。
赤坂駅から徒歩数分。入り口がわかりにくく、建物奥にあるエレベーターで降ります。
扉を開けると、、、こじんまりとしたアットホームな空間。
飲み放題付きの、豚しゃぶコース。
飲み物は、ビール、焼酎、ワイン、果実酒、なんでも揃ってます。
入店して、おしぼりをいただき。
そこから、箸置きを選び（十二支の動物＋たぬき）、いろいろレクチャーをいただきます。
おかわりはグラスを空けてから、とか。鍋奉行の方へのアドバイス、など、いろいろ。笑。

という流れなのですが、どれも本当に美味しい。
餃子は、もうお味が付いているので、ということでガブリ。肉汁じゅわ。
メンチカツもうまー。
会員制とはいえ、紹介や一度お伺いしたことあると行けるそう。
隠れ家的な、心地よいお店でした。
