11時40分に行くと2組並んでましたが、食券を電子マネーで購入し、少し待つと案内されました。手際が良く、11時50分には提供されました。
骨抜きサバの煮付け定食(ご飯大盛り)を頂きました。サバは塩焼きもありましたが、魚は煮付けが一番好きなので、サバの煮付けにしました。サバの煮付けといえば、ほとんど味噌煮だと思いますが、味噌じゃない煮付けです。
骨が丁寧に抜かれていて安心して食べられます。こってりとした煮汁ですが、甘さは控えめです。腹の部分がとろっとしておいしいです。
小鉢はブロッコリー、カブ、小松菜のおひたしです。あっさりとしておいしかったです。
