赤坂BizタワーB1Fにある定食屋さん。玄米の定食にトキメいて訪店。店内の雰囲気はオシャレな感じではあるのですが、あまり広くなく、お客さんを相席前提でギュウギュウに詰め込んでいるため、あまり落ちつける雰囲気ではなかったです・・・。
注文は「鶏むね肉の生姜みぞれ煮 税込1,030円」。お水はセルフながらデトックスウォーターでした。メインのおかずは（女子向けのお店なので量が少ないかと思いきや）普通にボリュームがあり、生姜もよく効いていて美味しくいただくことができました。玄米もふっくら炊かれていて美味しかったです。
全体的にヘルシー定食な感じですが、夜も営業していることや、赤坂駅直結であることから、女性向け夜定食スポットとしてもお勧めできるお店だと思います。
