1枚1枚が至高、少量でも満足します
今回そこまでお腹に余裕がなかったのでアラカルトで厳選して食べました。(もちろん白米も食べたけど笑)
シャトーブリアンはステーキ肉みたいなの想像してたんですが、見た目ロースのようなお肉でびっくりしました。
店員さんが焼いてくれるのですが、肉の旨みがギューーーっと詰まっててめちゃくちゃ美味しかった…！
全体的に肉の盛りは少ないですが、脂がしっかりあるので少量でも満足感があります。
あと、ミノが薄切りでめっちゃすぐ焼けます。
食感はサックサクで噛み切りやすい。美味しかったー！！
次はもっと沢山食べたいのでお腹すかせてコース頼みます！

前回あまり沢山食べられなかったので、今度はお腹をすかせてリベンジしました。
冷製盛り合わせはつまみにめちゃくちゃいいです、おいしい。白いのはせんまい刺、真ん中は炙り、右はユッケ。
写真は無いのですが、サラダは予め取り分けて出してくれます。
希少部位盛り合わせは在庫あったら頼んだ方がいいです。薄切りの切り落とし肉が結構入って値段もお安め。
全体的にお肉の値段は高いです。
今回アラカルトで頼みましたが、下のコースとほぼ同じくらいの値段になったので、〆やキムチなど諸々いらない方は好きなものをご飯とかきこめるのでアラカルトでもいいかも。
全体的にお客さんは外国の方がほとんどでした。
雰囲気すごくよかったのですが、店内BGMの音が結構大きくて会話が聞こえないことがしばしば…。
お客さんの話し声などは特に気にならなかったので、もう少しBGMの音を小さくしてたら嬉しいです。
