ホテルでひとり黙々とテレワークをしていたが、気分転換に夕食をいただきに外へ。
運良く外は雨が止んでいた。
赤坂見附駅近くの飲食店街にあるBar Mar Espanaへ。
提供までに時間がかかる「海の幸のパエリア」を始めに注文し、スプマンテでひとりお疲れ様の乾杯〜(*￣∇￣)ノ
お通しは、パスタの素揚げと植物の種の素揚げ。
中々、美味しい。
泡のあてにサルピコン。
酢の効いた魚介のマリネ。
食欲が進む・・・が、お楽しみのパエリアが入る腹を空けておかなければいけないので、ゆっくりいただく。
カウンター席は最初は私だけだったが、少し離れた席に仕事仲間と思しき男女がやって来て、次第に距離を縮め始めた。全くやってらんないぜ～(-_-ﾒ)
泡のおかわりを飲んでいたら、ようやくパエリアが到着。鍋底をおコゲごと剥がして、ムール貝、アサリ、海老にレモン汁をかけ、ニンニクマスタード系ペーストで味変をしながら味わった。
直ぐ隣にドスのきいた低い声の女性が2人やって来た。最後は急いで食べてお会計。
〆て4990円。
Bar Mar Espanaは、元々関西に多いお店らしい。
私も神田駅南口のお店がある頃には訪問したが、関東のお店は、最後まで生き残っていた松戸店も閉店して、この赤阪店のみなのだそう。
何、夕食抜きでダイエットする話はどうなったのかって？
