シビれる麻婆豆腐。
四川料理の激戦区赤坂で、新規開拓！
こちらウンラーファンも、麻婆豆腐に定評のあるお店。
午後一時半、ランチ訪問です。
店内は、7割ほど埋まっていて、このご時世考えると、人気の程がうかがえます。
注文したのは、麻婆豆腐定食。
小皿と杏仁豆腐付き。スープとごはんは、おかわり自由です。
スープは玉子スープ。とろりとして、きちんと中華。
麻婆豆腐は、四角いうつわに、ひき肉たっぷり。
味ですが、辣より麻のインパクトが強く、結構痺れます。
辛さも強めなので、弱い方はご注意を！
辣油たっぷりでアッツアツ。ヒーハー言いながら食べる麻婆の醍醐味が楽しめました。
食後の杏仁豆腐は、タピオカ入り。
これが美味い。
一人にひとつ、冷たい中国茶のピッチャー提供。
辛いものには、これは嬉しいサービスですね。
リピーターが多いのも頷ける店。
ところで、二階にあるこれまた美味しい同源楼とは、同じ系列との話もありますが、麻婆豆腐は絶対こちらの方が辛いような…

三年ぶりのこちら。二階の同源楼に行ってみたら、待ち客二名。進路変更して、同系列のこちらに。
午後一時過ぎ、ちょうど先客が出たところで滑り込み。いやいや、こちらも混んでますな。
定食はどれも千円越え。
いつのまにか、2階より高い⁈
麻婆豆腐も捨てがたいが、海鮮気分なので、イカのトウチ辛味炒めを注文。
イカ、たけのこ、蓮根、ピーマン、キクラゲ。味噌のコクに辣の辛味がうまい。
セットの搾菜、ナムル、玉子スープ、杏仁豆腐。
どれも完璧。
