2023年末をもってオーナーチェンジとなった、赤坂四川料理の雄「雲辣坊」。
港区のQR決済キャンペーンもあって暫く混んでいて足が遠のいていましたが、久しぶりに覗くと空いていたので入店。
中国人らしい男女がサービスをしています。
今日の肉ランチは「葱油鶏」なのですが、来た料理を見て驚愕。葱油鶏なのに葱がかかっていません。かかっているのは豆苗です。
そして、全く四川料理感がありません。おそらく、オーナーだけではなくシェフもチェンジしてしまったのでしょう。
最近、妙に空いている理由が分かりました。もちろん、料理の味は主観的なものですが、私はもう行くことはないでしょう。
