The inside of the restaurant is very small, and I don't think it's a restaurant where babies or preschoolers can comfortably spend lunch or dinner. |

<Revisited in January, 2024> It is a 2 to 3 minute walk from Akasaka Station. From Akasakamitsuke station, it would be about 5-6 minutes. This is the Chinese Cuisine store located along Hitotsugi Dori. It is located on the first floor of the same building as the very popular Chinese Cuisine restaurant "[a:13041758,Tongenro]" and is very crowded with businessmen during lunch time. Since my last review, I have visited there several times for lunch for everyday use, and after the new year, I was able to try Noodles two kinds of dishes, so I will update my review. Both visits were on weekdays after 12:00 pm. It is the peak of lunch time, so you have to wait in line. There are many popular Chinese restaurants in this area, and this one is no exception. If you can get in, you can be seated within 5 to 10 minutes. My personal favorite menu item, perfect for the cold season, is here. The spicy Chinese noodles are stewed in an earthenware pot, and it takes some time to be served, so you should allow about 15 minutes for it to be served. The wait is quite impressive. As usual, please refer to the photos for details, but the large earthenware pot is filled with so many vegetables that you can hardly see the noodles. The stimulating color and aroma of the soup, which can be seen through the cracks in the pot, whets the appetite. Let's eat it right away. "Oh.... Stimulating...." The sign, or rather the name of the menu, is true. The soup is quite stimulating. It is served in an earthenware pot, so the physical temperature is also hot. It's the middle of winter, but you start sweating at once. The noodles are flat noodles of the sword-shaped noodle type. The noodles have a wonderful balance between the sticky texture and firmness of the noodle, and the fact that they do not get tangled up in the stimulating broth. The main dish is the tender beef ribs. It absorbs the broth well and has a really good flavor. The crunchy and other herbs are very effective, so you can enjoy this dish without a hint of salt or pepper. Next, we tried a classic Chinese noodle dish. The black sesame seeds and the large amount of pakuchi floating in the bright red broth are very impressive. Let's try it right away. "Ah, it's surprisingly light..." I was expecting a very spicy hot and spicy soup, but the spiciness is there, but the sesame flavor gives the soup a nice balance of mildness. The thin, straight noodles also mixed well with the soup and kept the appetite going. The ingredients are impressive, with plenty of pak choi, but there are also the standard bok choy and plenty of minced meat. The crunchy bean sprouts and nuts add a nice accent, and you can finish the dish without getting tired of it. Finally, dessert is also included, so you can leave the restaurant with a sweet taste in your mouth. This neighborhood is a battleground with great restaurants, especially Szechuan Cuisine, but I think this is a good place too, so I would like to visit regularly and try other menu items. Thank you for the meal.
