赤坂「四川小吃 雲辣坊」のマーボー豆腐
赤坂で仕事後の夕食は四川小吃雲辣坊へ
18:15入店、先客0名、後客団体8名、19:20退店
以前TBSスタジオ見学で雲辣坊の楽屋弁当をいただき、美味しかったので店に行ってみた
入口から細長い店内、テーブル席に着席
注文したのは「マーボー豆腐S」1350円「ザ・プレミアム・モルツ(瓶)」800円「お通し」330円が付いてくる
料理提供8分後、マーボー辛いが山椒が効いて好みの味で旨い
お通しのナムルみたいな和物が旨い
「かめだし紹興酒5年180ml」760円を追加して、さらにマーボーを食べる、辛さが中和される
まだお腹に入りそうなので「水餃子(4P)」840円「紹興酒」をリピート、最後まで美味しくフィニッシュ
感想としては夜は料理価格高いし酒も高い、赤坂価格
ランチは千円ちょいでお値頃感ありそう
あらためてランチで利用しようと思ったのだ

赤坂スタジオ見学のお土産にいただいた弁当。
「鳥久」の弁当もあったが、その日は中華の気分だった。
仕事場に戻り、休憩室でレンチンでいただく。
内容は「よだれどり」「麻婆豆腐」「エビチリ」「ご飯」「搾菜」温め直しでも、かなり旨かった。
麻婆豆腐は山椒が効いて絶品、他のおかずもハズレなし。
お弁当は1000円〜らしい。
一度、赤坂の店舗で食してみたいと思ったのだ。

ランチメニューから注文したのは「西芹牛肉(牛肉とセロリの辛味炒め)」1100円
牛肉は大小含めて17切、蓮根、筍、赤ピーマン、セロリ、大きめ唐辛子がゴロゴロ、ボリュームありあり
時間が経っても冷めないのが嬉しい
ランチセットは卵コーンスープ、ナムル(モヤシ、人参、ピーマン)」と搾菜
牛肉をセロリ巻いて食す、小さい唐辛子を挟んでも美味い
驚いたのはナムル、スープを食べ切るとお代わりが出てくる、これって毎度サービスなんだろうか
余った唐辛子を、お代わりスープに投入、これ旨い
デザートの杏仁豆腐はブルーベリーが入って超旨い
急ぎなら麻婆豆腐が看板なので注文後早く出てくる
隣客のベビーホタテ炒めが美味しそうだった
