From Akasaka Station, walk along Hitotsugi Dori towards Akasaka Mitsuke for about 5 minutes. The entrance is set back, so if you get too excited about walking, you might end up passing by, so be careful. I had given up on entering the store because there was always a line even when I went there around 1pm, but I thought, how about today? When I headed there, Maka entered the store easily. The staff's guidance is prompt and the soup and Small dish are served immediately after you place your order. Today's order: Spicy stir-fried squid and wood ear mushrooms The egg soup has corn in it, and is sweet and delicious, filling my hungry stomach... Small dish of cabbage and vermicelli salad has crunchy vegetables and a refreshing flavor that I could keep eating for a long time. The main dish was served in about 5 minutes, and the presence of the large wood ear mushroom was amazing. The squid is hidden!! The vegetables are large cut bamboo shoots, green peppers, and paprika. There was a lot of chili pepper in it, so I continued eating while being careful not to eat it. The seasoning is a little light, so if you eat it as is, you won't have any complaints, but if you want to eat it as a side dish with rice, you might find it a bit unsatisfactory. I don't like strong seasonings, so it was just right, but since I still had some rice left over, I had Small dish of zha cai to accompany it. The zha cai had a spicy taste and went very well with the rice. Almond tofu is served when the meal is finished. I didn't know there was a dessert so I'm happy about this. Plump and rich almond tofu with chewy Bubble tea. I was able to finish eating just enough to feel full.
