赤坂、豊川稲荷の近くにあるお鮨屋さん。
前評判は常に聞いていたけど、初訪問。
写真等禁止のため、シャッターチャンスとか考えずに目の前のお鮨に集中できて、これはなかなか新鮮だった。
ということで、食べたものも曖昧な記憶ながら、蒸し鮑の柔らかさ、旨味が滲み出てくる食感に舌鼓。
イカ雲丹和え食べて、あともう少し満喫したいな…ってタイミングでシャリを放り込んでくれる素敵な心遣い。
握りがよく言われる、沈む寿司とはこういうことか…と言うことを目の当たりにし、感動。
ネタも酢イカが多分初めて食べた気がするんだけど、雲丹の後でもインパクト強く、お酢でさっぱりして〆に向かうパーフェクトリリーフ。
いやいや、大満足だった！
