日本最高峰と称されることもある、鮨好きなら必ず知っている名店
TELで予約となりますが、一回目の電話は仮予約となり、その後店からのTELにでれないとキャンセルになります。
一度目のチャレンジではそのシステムをしらず、店まで行ったところ、店からのTELにでなかったのでキャンセルして席はないとのこと
帰りました・・・
今回は２回目のチャレンジ
こちらからTELして席を確実にしました
店内は非常にきれいでウェイティングルームもあるので待たせていただきました

沈む鮨と聞きましたが、空洞握りは百名店クラスであれば、昨今は通常レベル
都内の鮨のレベルが上がっているのだと思います
大将とコミュニケーションをとる感じではなく、ネタ名を伝えていただきながら黙々と鮨をいただきます
どれも大変に美味しかったのですが、写真禁止の中で少し緊張を強いられながらいただくお鮨となります
あたたかい一品料理もなく、ＣＰ含めて考えるとどうしても他の百名店を大幅に超えるなにかを感じることはできませんでした
ただし、、個人の好みがありますので、決して誰かを否定したいわけではありません
