常連さんのお誘いいただき前から行きたかった鮨 はしぐちさんへ初訪問です。
入口を入ると雰囲気のあるウェイティングスペースで時間が来るまで待ちます。
店内は檜のカウンター8席です。

いただいての感想ですが橋口大将の握りは沈む鮨と称されるので楽しみにしてました。
最初のひらめ昆布〆でいきなり胃袋つかまれました。
シャリは少し大きめですが口の中でほろほろと解けて好みです。
次回行けるとしたら青魚の多い時期に行ってみたいと思います。
家から近いので通いたい鮨屋さんです。
