Just past the alley in front of Bistower from Akasaka Station, I had lunch at a Teppan-yaki restaurant. From the three lunch menus, I ordered the Stamina Bowl for 900 yen. This stamina dish is made by stir-frying pork belly and green onions with plenty of garlic in a bowl. The seasoning is quite strong, but the raw egg topping makes it a little mellow, and it's quite delicious! It was relatively empty even at lunchtime, so it might be a hidden gem in the lunch battle zone of Akasaka. Thank you for the meal.
