久しぶりのご褒美昼呑みは、大好きな南蛮漬けからアカ・提灯・ほろほろ鳥とフルコース‼︎
真面目にオンライン・リアルと案件をこなし、夜中にはしっかりとワールドカップを観たご褒美?に赤坂鳳で昼呑み。以前は通し営業でしたが、コロナの影響で基本的には14時までがランチタイム。でも昼呑みの場合はそこまで時間を気にする必要はない感じです。
日本で1番美味しいと思っている南蛮漬けや逸品をいくつか頼み、日本酒と焼き物は大将にお任せです。今日の提灯は特別仕立ての玉子4つ付き。口の中で弾けます。大好きな不動を飲みながらのアカ旨旨!やばい感じです。ほろほろ鳥も冬場になって口の中に旨みたっぷりの肉汁が溢れてきました。日本酒は、今日は5種類。良いラインナップでした。
しめは今日もハーフの親子丼+鳥スープ。ここの親子丼にここの鳥スープをかけるのは最高の逸品だと思うけど、未だに私しかしていないようです。勿体無い。最後に鳥スープは毎回2つお願いします。最後にお茶とアイス最中を食べて大満足。

土曜日の12時から鳳と日本酒の蔵元との数年ぶりの日本酒会に参加。今回は、群馬県藤岡市忪原酒造の松原広幸氏をお迎えしての『流輝』の会でした。日本酒は流耀9種類と仕込み違いのももいろ無濾過生2種の、合計11種類の飲み比べができました。3時間強のゆったりとした会。
焼鳥は、ささみ→せせり和がらし→ねぎま→ゲンコツ→ハツ→つくね&黄身ときて、しめは鶏ラーメン。合間に出てくる美人女将特製の小鉢は、冷たいスープ→焼き茄子→もずく→海老としば漬けのタルタル→いちじくとマスカルポーネでした。
11種類の流耀をお代わりもして堪能。個人的には、山田錦の無濾過生とももいろ無濾過生の2月仕込みが好きでした。どちらも単体でも旨旨、焼鳥や小鉢とも旨旨でした。焼鳥ではせせり和がらしが、小鉢では海老としば漬けのタルタルが特に印象に残りました。ふわふわになって、しめの一本締め!
