赤坂の中心部にある焼き鳥屋さん。地下一階にあります。無性に焼き鳥が食べたくなり電話したら入れるとのことでGO！カウンターにて食事を。カウンターでは焼き士が炭焼きで串を焼いている。初めて入ったが仕込んである材料や仕事ぶりを見てなかなかのお店であることを感じる。期待感が高まります。

コース料理でお願いしましたが、全て割と大振りな串焼きです。串以外にも野菜の揚げ浸し、玉ねぎのすりおろし、野菜スティックなど副菜がたくさん出てくるのが嬉しい。鳥は希少部位もたくさん仕入れている様だ。今日はちょうちんはなかったですがキンカンの醤油漬けが美味しかった。鳥は北関東を中心とした鳥を多く使っているそうです。また次回はお腹を空かせて再訪したい。ご馳走様でした。
