結婚記念日のお祝いで妻と二人で訪問。
おまかせ（6,000円〜）をオーダー。その日の串とおすすめ料理がストップをかけるまで出てきます。
まずはビールで乾杯、喉を潤す。
お通しは蕪のすりながし。優しくほっとする味付け。
野菜はどれも甘く、野菜好きには堪らない。
そしてぼんじりから串がスタート。どれも美味いが、レバーがねっとりし過ぎずいい感じ。
串の合間に出てくる料理も美味い。特に皮が手で剥ける赤蕪が美味かったなあ。お土産に貰っちゃいました。
そしてここは何といっても日本酒。
メニューに載ってるのも美味いが、カウンター下に忍ばせている店主秘蔵の熟成酒が堪らない。
今回特に美味かったのが、花泉といのくち無濾過生原酒。花泉は何度も飲んだことがあるが、これはお初。しかも抜栓後しばらく放置してあったようで、いい具合に丸くなってる。ほんと美味かったなぁ。
また、店主との会話も楽しい。馴れ馴れし過ぎない親しげが丁度いい。
ほんと良い記念日となりました。
