Weekend solo lunchで初訪問。此方は週末も1名から予約を受け付けており、last minutesで席を確保。
店内は白を基調としており明るい雰囲気。紙のメニューは用意されておらず口頭で説明あり。2名の男性ソムリエがホールを担当。
乾杯ドリンク、前菜、2種類のパスタ、メイン、デザート、食後のドリンクで構成されるコースをいただいた。
■乾杯ドリンク：赤ワイン
トスカーナの赤を選択。グラスワインとしては量が多い。
■前菜：鶏の煮こごり風テリーヌ
春らしくさっぱりした味。黒オリーブのパウダーがアクセント。食欲を掻き立てる一皿。
■パン：一種類
焼き立ての温かいパンをオリーブオイルでいただいた（お代わり可）。
■第一のパスタ：カラスミのタリオリーニ
Small portionだがカラスミの旨味を満喫。Full portion（できれば大盛り）でいただきたくなるクオリティ。
■第二のパスタ：牛肉ラグーソースのタリアテッレ
こちらもsmall portion。カラスミのタリオリーニほどのインパクトはないが、2種類のパスタを味わえるのは嬉しい。
■メイン：十勝若牛のランプ肉
シンプルに塩のみで味付け（味変用のトマトと唐辛子のソース付き）。絶妙の火入れで肉の旨味を堪能。赤ワインとの相性もよい。パスタのportionの物足りなさを見事に挽回。
■デザート：桜のパンナコッタと木苺のジェラート
桜のパンナコッタが味・食感ともに申し分ない。
■食後のドリンク：エスプレッソを選択
コースを通じて素材へのこだわりとシェフの洗練されたスキルを感じた。接客も丁寧で総じて満足度は高い。

半年ぶりに週末ランチタイムに訪問。今回も乾杯ドリンク、前菜、2種類のパスタ、メイン、デザート、食後のドリンクで構成されるランチコースをいただいた。
■乾杯ドリンク：
豊富なラインナップからグラスの赤（Toscana Trefolo 2017）を選択。比較的量が多く良心的。
■前菜：米澤豚の自家製ハム
味・食感ともに丁度良い仕上がり。
■パン：一種類のみ（お代わり可）
温かいパンをオリーブオイルでいただいた。
■第一のパスタ（少量）：ウロコマグロのタリアテッレ
凡庸且つタリアテッレがovercooked。
■第二のパスタ（少量）：栗のリゾット
甘みのある栗が美味しいが、リゾット米がovercooked。
■メイン：十勝若牛のランプ肉
味付けは塩のみの直球勝負。デフォルトはミディアムレアのようだがレアでお願いした。ナイフがスーッと入る柔らかさでシンプルに肉の旨味を堪能。赤ワインとの相性もよい。
■デザート＆食後のドリンク
Overcookedのパスタとリゾットにdisappointed気味だったが、メインの十勝若牛で見事に挽回。接客は安定感あり。
