Due to the recent rise in utility costs, etc., it has become difficult to provide food as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience, but from February 2023, we will be asking for a 3-5% service charge in consideration of the increase in utility costs. Thank you for your understanding. Cards cannot be used during lunch. Please call before arriving at night. There is no menu of dishes, and the menu is served as an selection course (8,000 yen). Regarding cancellation. If you cancel 4 days before the reservation date, you will be charged a cancellation fee (100%). note that. There are customers who have made reservations who are unable to come to the store without contacting us, or who cancel at the last minute. 平日ランチでの訪問。
お店の場所は赤坂Bizタワーのすぐ近くにある、小さなビルの地下。入り口に簡素なメニューがあるのみで、看板など目立たちません。不定休。
いざ入店してみると、上品な和の空間が心地よい空間。
男性亭主が黙々と切り盛りされていました。
ランチは、穴子・いわし・焼き魚の3種類。
◇穴子重 @1,500円
前菜とデザート付き。
普段のランチ予算から考えるととてもリッチなのですが、これは納得の価格設定。
お昼はとてもじゃないけど敷居が高い、、、
そう思わせてくれる気高さがあります。
前菜は美しい器に色とりどりたくさんの料理が並びます。
どれも必要以上に調味料には頼らない、素材を活かした柔らかな味付け。
珍しいものではメロンの白和え(？)。
メインの穴子重は絶品！
穴子はしっとり…。ホワホワと口の中でほどける食感。
味付けは甘辛く、定番なんだけど、定番じゃないような、別格のおいしさ。
タレが穴子を引き立てています。
そしてデザートは抹茶プリン。
甘味にしては、甘さはなく、抹茶の風味を味わいつつ、食後のお口をサッパリさせるという感じ。
お料理の出てくるタイミングも素晴らしく、まさにおもてなしの和の心を感じました。
この日がたまたまなのか店内に女性のスタッフはいなかったのですが、細やかな心遣いや丁寧さなどいわゆる女性らしさも兼ね備えた雰囲気です。
お料理は全体的に薄味で(夜にお酒と合わせるとまた違った味わいが楽しめそう)、好みは分かれるかもしれませんが、本格的な「割烹」をリーズナブルに楽しめて、とても大満足。
赤坂にはランチで「穴子といわし」が有名なお店で『會水庵(かいすいあん)』さんがありますが、同じ和のジャンルでもまったく違った雰囲気、味があります。
どちらも赤坂の和食のジャンルのなかでは別格。
次はいわしをいただきたいと思います。
