赤坂一ツ木通りから少し入った路地にあるビル、階段を下った地下一階にあるこちら。
土曜日2名にて利用。
店内はカウンターと個室のテーブル席があり、店主とご常連が気さくに言葉を交わす、大衆割烹的な雰囲気。
◇煮穴子重セット (¥1,500)
〜一の皿、小鉢、香の物、味噌汁、デザート
一の皿には、棒鮨・赤こんにゃくと牛蒡・がんもと椎茸の煮物・うずら煮玉子・淡雪かん・スナップエンドウ・苺の白和え。
頃合いを見て煮穴子重。
小振りな穴子と厚焼き玉子に、煮詰を緩くしたような甘めのタレがかかっている。
然程ボリュームはないのだが、濃い味付けのためか、だんだんと重くなってしまった。香の物や具沢山のお味噌汁で変化をつけて完食。
小鉢は玉こんにゃくの煮物。
デザートには乳酸飲料のような不思議な味わいの寒天。

焼き物はサワラの幽庵焼き、厚焼き玉子。
サワラは皮目が香ばしく焼かれ、ご飯に合うようなしっかりとした味わい。
小鉢とデザートも上記と同様。
“洗練”というよりも、“家庭的”な味わいのほっこり系でした。肩肘張らない気軽な和食屋さんです。
