Italian Cuisine Restaurants is located on the basement floor of a building along Hitotsugi Dori, a 2-3 minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station. When you take the stairs down to the first basement floor, you will see an impressive gate with bright orange walls and a peppermint green door. There were 10 counter seats and 14 table seats. The lunch menu includes two types of olive oil base, three types of tomato sauce, one type of cream sauce, two types of sous sauce, and a wide variety of pasta dishes, as well as a regular carbonara with cream sauce (900 yen) and a set menu. I ordered set B, bread, salad, and soup (350 yen). For an additional 150 yen, you can get a large serving of pasta. First, we were served warm corn soup. It tastes like soup from a luxury hotel. Next, a plate of salad and bread was served, and as I ate the salad while watching the pasta being skillfully prepared from the counter seat, the carbonara arrived on my plate. The pasta was chewy and raw, and went perfectly with the fragrant diced bacon and cream sauce sprinkled with black pepper. It’s delicious when you dip bread in the leftover sauce and eat it! The two male staff in the kitchen where I was cooking and the female staff in the hall were friendly and I had a very pleasant meal. Thank you for the meal.
