東京・赤坂のイタリアン「パスターズ」。
こちらは生パスタが売りのお店。
夜はイタリア食堂となるが、ランチは基本はパスタ。
店内はL字カウンターとテーブル席ありのカジュアル空間。
ワインは赤白20種類700円均一。
この日はランチのオープン11時半にお邪魔した。
・激辛!! イタリア唐辛子のアラビアータ 1,000円
生パスタ、当たり前だけど太めでかなりモッチモチです。この食感楽しいですね。
トマトの酸味に強めの唐辛子による刺激が印象的。
ニンニクは控えめかな。
男性はレギュラーサイズだと少し物足りないかもしれないのでラージサイズを推奨します。ごちそうさまでした。
