【雰囲気】
平日の夜、店内は空いていていました。入口付近にはワインがズラっと並び、店内には大人数用の個室や程よい間隔に並べられたテーブルがあり、薄暗い照明が落ち着く雰囲気を醸し出していました。

●牛一番出汁 茶碗蒸し
●彩りナムル・キムチ四種盛合せ
→白菜、カクテキ・季節のもの二種
●名物焼肉十段盛り
→厚切り牛タン、薄切り牛タン、中落ちカルビ、熟成カルビ、ヒレ角、牛レバー、熟成ハラミ、ばら山、黒毛和牛すき焼きサーロイン～トリュフの香り～
※黒毛牛は交雑種を使用

→この日はかき氷がなく、急遽アップルパイが提供されました
茶碗蒸し、スープには角切りされたちいさな牛肉がいくつか入っていました。口に入れる前から香りが漂い、旨みたっぷりでとても美味しかったです。
ナムル、キムチは煌びやかなセットで運ばれ、見た目だけでなく味も良かったです。キムチは辛すぎず適度に甘みのあるお味で、どんな人でも食べやすい1品だと思います。
メインのお肉で特にお気に入りなのは黒毛和牛すき焼きです。薄い和牛とトロトロの卵、1口ご飯が一体となってきれいな脂の旨みとコクが口いっぱいに広がり、目を見開くほどでした。
その他のお肉は並の味でしたが、今回は大人数での食事でしたので、少人数の場合は個人で好きなお肉を注文すれば満足度は高くなると思います。

ここでいただくワインはどれも美味しく、お肉とワインの最高ディナーでした。次回は好きなお肉を少しずつ、他のワインと共に楽しみたいです。
