雑誌でチェックしたカツカレー屋さん。
赤坂見附の駅から数分。
カレーバル ベイリーフさん。
その名の通り、夜はバルというかバーみたい。
細い階段に看板があるので一瞬見逃して通り過ぎてしまった。。。。
小さなエレベーターで3階へ。
時間は13:30を過ぎたあたり。混んではないようです。
が、入った瞬間に店員さんから「すいません・・・」の一言。
「もう牛カツが・・・・・」
「えええっつ！」
で、キッチンのマスターに確認したところギリまだ大丈夫とのこと。
あぶないあぶない。
で、座って待ちます。
まずはサラダ。
シンプルにサニーレタスに、オリーブオイルと塩コショウのみ。
さすが赤坂のバーらしく、山崎や白州のボトルキープが並んでる。
牛カツだからか出るのは超早いです。
シンプルな具材の溶けたルーのタイプ。
型どられたご飯の上に、でっかいカツ。
均等に9枚に切られたカツはきれいなピンク色。
このカツがびっくりするくらい柔らかい。
とろけます。
こんなカツが1030円って驚きの価格。
とにかく柔らかいです。
いやーーーー、これはすごい。
