赤坂に飲食店は数あれど、カレーならここ！って決め手にかけていた…
新規開拓でベイリーフを訪問。
一ツ木通りワキのビルの三階。
通りから目立たないので、通り過ぎてしまいそう。
昼一時過ぎ、選挙は二組のみ。
カウンターに座ってメニューを眺める。
ビーフカツと野菜のハーフカレーを注文。
ルウのあいがけではなく、具材が二種類になってるみたい。
カツはこれでハーフ？ってくらいの満足できる量。
レアに火を通してあり、美味しいです。
野菜がこれまたカラフル。ゴーヤ、アボカドなんて珍しいところから、パプリカ、カボチャ、エリンギ、ニンジンなどバリエーション豊かです。
ルウはシャバっとしていて、かなりスパイシー。
欧風カレーとも、インドとも違う日本語ならではのスパイスカレーとなってます。
ご夫婦の経営者らしく、奥様のやわらかな接客も気持ちいい良店です。

なぜか赤坂というより吉祥寺あたりにあるとよく似合うカレー店。
雰囲気あるご夫婦？、なんかオシャレな店内、オリジナリティーのあるカレーがその理由。
久しぶりにランチ訪問です。
前回同様、ビーフカツと野菜のハーフアンドハーフを注文。
スパイシーなシャバシャバカレーは香り豊かで結構辛い。綺麗に並んだ素揚げ野菜には、アボカド、ゴーヤなんて珍しいメンツも。
ビーフカツはレア気味でさっくり揚がってます。
前回の印象からブレない味と料理。
良いお店ですね。
