赤坂で鳩を食べた後、バーへ行く。
赤坂にはいくつか行きたいお店があって、その筆頭がこちら。
素敵な女性バーテンダー氏が店主のバーであります。
着実にお客様を掴んでいるようで、伺ったタイミングでカウンターはいっぱい。
テーブル3つも程なくして満席になるくらいの盛況ぶりと、このご時世にコレは素晴らしい。
注文したのは

◆白桃ベリーニ
◆シェリー モスカテル
◆フロールデマンサーナ
なでしこカップ優勝とか、元AKBメンバーだとか、ここのお店を語る時には様々な切り口があるのだけれど。
そーゆーことを抜きにしても、このお店はとても魅力的。
カクテルの腕の確かさに加え、テキーラやシェリーにも造詣が深い。
テーブルであったので余りコミニュケーションは取れなかったけれども、混み合っていないタイミングのカウンターでなら、きっと興味深い提案をアレコレと頂ける事だろう。
この日の1番は、フロールデマンサーナ。
テキーラベースに自家製アップルパイシロップとカモミールティ、アブサン、レモンジュースなマルガリータのツイスト。
アップルパイの濃厚な甘さと香りに、カモミールの爽やかさが調和していて、もちろんテキーラの香りもしっかりあるなかなかの飲みごたえ。
口に入れた瞬間から飲みこんだ先の後引きまで、ずーっと美味しい。
印象に残る一杯だった。
店内はかなり暗めでムーディーな雰囲気。
1人で来るのも良いけれど、カップルで来るのにぴったりじゃないかな。
親密度が上がる気がする。
仕事帰りのおじさん2人とかだと……ん〜多分親密度が上がって仕事の話はやめとこうかなって感じになるよ（笑）
