It's thicker than the okra you buy at the supermarket, and it's packed tightly inside. It has a firm texture without being runny, and is delicious just by adding soy sauce. Korean pancake. Moist and elegant taste. Even though it's moist, it's not oily for some reason. I don't like pancakes that have a glistening oily surface and taste like oil when I eat them, but this one is good. The highlight is the grilled chicken dish with a special sauce. Contrary to my expectations, the dark sauce does not have a strong taste. A very good balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic. And even though it was covered in sauce, the surface of chicken dish was crispy and brown. Juicy inside. It's not hard, so you can easily eat it with chopsticks without using your hands. After the beer, we had a glass of cold sake to compare. Tateyama → Kikusui → Urakasumi → Suigei. All of them are very delicious in their own way. Maybe it's because it's been stored well, or maybe it's the moist pancakes and crispy chicken dish that make it stand out...
