Until today, I had no experience with Tobabako. It was not a detention center, but a meat Meat Bar that served Meat Dishes. I tried to go to the homework store many times but always missed it because it was closed. I wondered if today would be the same. When I looked into it, I saw it! Are doing! So, I had my first pork belly.I entered the store immediately and there was a group of customers in front of me.At lunchtime, it wasn't a detective's katsudon, and it wasn't a stinky meal, but it was a one-on-one katsu curry @ 1,000.When I took a seat, I was first served with a salad. The cabbage main, dressing, and corn work well together.The cutlets start being fried after being ordered, and the thick meat is well steamed, so the waiting time is less than 10 minutes.As we finish eating the salad and wait, the cutlet curry appears.First, we have the roux. -Su The roux has a rich flavor, but the spices come later.It goes well with fluffy cooked rice.The fairly thick cutlet has less fat and is quite delicious.The cut is thin so that it is easy to eat, so you don't have to worry about just using a spoon. The roux, rice, and cutlet have a good balance, and the volume is just right even if you don't have to use a large serving of rice.When you finish it, you'll feel like you've eaten all the meat, so it's a satisfying meal.I'll probably check it out regularly during lunch time.
