寒風吹き荒れる２月初旬。なんとなく風邪気味な体調を引きずりながら赤坂で打ち合わせ。駐車場に戻る道で「本日のランチは参鶏湯」の文字を発見。これは入ってみるしかない。
まずはサラダ等の小皿５種。そしてグツグツな参鶏湯とライス。参鶏湯は優しい鶏スープに黒胡椒を利かせてて、身体が芯から温まる。この日の私には最高のランチだったと言えるかもしれない。
だが、韓国料理屋がやたら多い赤坂で、もう一度行きたいか？と聞かれると微妙かもしれない。
