もやしナムルや半殺しキムチなどのつまみ系は量の割に値段設定高めな気がした。
味はそこそこ。半殺しキムチは結構辛いので注意。
ふたごの実家丼は納豆、半殺しキムチ、ニラキムチ、卵等が乗ったどんぶり。
これはかなり美味しかった！
ふたご盛りはハツ、ミノ、豚の顎肉、幻のはらみ、ホルモン等の構成。
色々食べれて良いかも。
名物のはみ出るカルビは本当にでかい！
一枚で250gあるらしい。
この一枚の中にカブリ、リブマキ、リブ芯、中落ちカルビの4つの部位があるらしく、焼いた後その部位ごとに切り分けてくれた。
カブリは一番脂身が多く、重めの部位。
リブマキは脂身が少なく、非常に柔らかくて旨い。
リブ芯も脂身は適度で、柔らかく美味しい部位。
中落ちカルビは脂が多目で肉肉しい。
塩で頼んだのでワサビと一緒に食べたが、これが中々良かった。
あとはネギハラミステーキも結構大きめで食べ応えがあった！
さっぱりとした部位でネギとレモンが合う！
これも美味しかった。
安くはないが、再訪あり。
