百貨店などに出店されてる叶匠壽庵さん
紀尾井町ガーデン店だけの限定きんつばがあるという事で立ち寄りました
⭐️きんつば
モチっとした生地は面積の広い２面のみ
出来立ての小豆餡は瑞々しく生菓子のようです
小豆の美味しさを伝える為に考案されたそうですがなるほど納得の美味しさです
⭐️きんつば(梅)
小豆餡の甘さと合わさって甘酸っぱい仕上がり
こちらも美味しいです
梅は小豆餡全体に散らして入っているのでひと口めから風味が広がります
春には桜味のきんつばが登場するみたいです
季節毎のきんつばを目当てにまた訪問したくなってしまいそう(о´∀`о)
