今回は女子会で利用しました✨
甘いものがいっぱいのアフタヌーンティーはちょっと苦手だけど、セイボリーが充実したハイティーは大好物！
しかも、都会のど真ん中でこんな非日常感溢れる素敵な邸宅レストランでスパークリングなど充実したドリンクと楽しめるなんてめっちゃ素敵！！
初めの前菜は、その日の仕入れに応じた日替わりスタイルだそう。今回はストラッチャテッラにホタテ、そして爽やかなジュレが合わさった逸品と、牛頬肉のコロッケ、カツオを使った前菜3種でした。どれも上品で洗練された味わい。
トリュフポテトは提供された瞬間にトリュフの良い香り。塩味も絶妙でめっちゃ美味しい。
どれも美味しかったけど特に印象的なのがふわっふわの熟成生ハム。擦りたての生ハムびっくりするほど薄くて軽い。一瞬で全部食べられちゃいそう。そのままでも美味しいけどイチゴと一緒に食べるのも美味しかった
スイーツは季節のいちご盛り合わせのほか、白い小山が可愛らしいモンテビアンコ、そしてエクレールピスタチオ！
どれも甘すぎず上品な味わい。セイボリーのボリュームもしっかりあるのでちょうど良いバランス。
ドリンクメニューは、アルコールをはじめモクテルも豊富。特にイチゴのモクテルがとっても可愛いらしかったです！
ハイティーとっても素敵でしたが、通常のランチやディナーも気になるのでまた他の機会にお邪魔したいと思います。
