本格四川料理 パスポート無しで成都、重慶へ！
知人の重慶在住経験有りの中国人が「おどろきました！！ここは東京で一番四川の味です！！」と興奮しながら中国ライン（微信）で写真を送って来ましたので、さっそく翌日２人で訪問。口コミがランチの話ばかりだったので「夜はどうだろう？？」。自分も赤坂はお客様が有りこのあたりをよく歩くのですが、いつも一階のステーキショップ（？）に目が行ってこのお店には気づきませんでした・・・。行ってみて感動。彼の言葉どおり。成都で食べたあの四川料理そのものです！！説明不要。これは本物です。日本はもちろん中国でも、四川人以外が真似てつくる「四川風」が多い中、正真正銘の四川人老板做。これは口に合うかどうかではなく「本物」です。ちなみに現地では四川人は紹興酒もビールもあまり飲みません。この辛さには「白酒（ばいじゅ）」以外は口の中の戦いで負けます。成都では「朗」という銘柄が定番なのですがこれが無いのは残念！醸造用アルコールのじか飲みと思われている、中国白酒にも芳醇さというか「味」があるんですよね・・・これから通います！！
