昼食に赤坂を散策している中で美味しそうな中華料理屋は発見。メニューに刀削麺があったので、久々に歯応えのある麺を食べたくなり注文しました。麺は期待通りの歯応えのある麺でボリュームも満点でした。花山椒が効いているタイプというよりもスープは野菜中心の麻辣に近い感じでした。
