We had the following dishes. ●Suppon Ankake Bento (boxed lunch) 1,500 yen It is a restaurant specializing in soft-shelled turtle cuisine in a quiet area between Akasaka Station and Nogizaka Station. The owner is from the Japanese Cuisine store [Tankuma] family. He also worked at a Japanese Cuisine store in Paris. Speaking of [Akasaka Reciprocity], it is a restaurant specializing in soft-shelled turtle cuisine that offers soft-shelled turtle full courses. In addition, the soft-shelled turtle season is autumn, but it seems that they purchase high-quality soft-shelled turtle regardless of the time of year, so you can enjoy the full course of soft-shelled turtle all year round. Unfortunately, when I visited, I takeaway due to the Corona disaster. Bento (boxed lunch) is rice, soft-shelled turtle ankake, and pickles only. The way to eat it is like soft-shelled turtle porridge. It looks like a simple Bento (boxed lunch), but the soft-shelled turtle ankake is made in the same way as the soup in the soft-shelled turtle pot, so the flavor and umami of the soft-shelled turtle are very concentrated. I was surprised that I could enjoy soft-shelled turtle for only 1,500 yen. It was delicious. Currently, they don't do takeaway such as soft-shelled turtle Bento (boxed lunch).
