ちょうど伺った日は8の付く日にあたり50円引きでドリンクをいただきました。
注文したものは、マヌカハニーチャイのホット591円(税別)。
591円に消費税10%を加えて50円引き。
支払い金額は600円でした。
席までお持ちしますとのことで、店内のカウンターに座ります。店内は4人掛けのテーブルもあります。他にはテラス席もあり季節によっては良いかもしれません。
程なく、3点セットのようなものを持って来てくれました。
チャイ入りポット、グラス(シナモンパウダー入り)、マヌカハニーだと思われます。
2分ほど蒸らしてとのことで、待ってからグラスに注ぎます。
まずはそのまま。
ホットと言っても40℃くらいになっています。
このくらいのほうが香りや甘みを感じるのかも。
美味しいチャイです。濃い目にしっかりと出ています。
マヌカハニー。
認識していただくのは初めてかも。
濃厚さはなく、少しスパイシーな印象もあります。
シナモンと相俟って煎じ薬のような。
すべて入れて混ぜます。
それほど甘さは強調されません。
温くても身体が温まる飲み物ですね。
美味しくいただきました。
