New Zealand Cafe is a bold name. The combination of country name and cafe is something I remember from a long time ago when there was a Finland Cafe in Daikanyama for a limited time (by the way, Finns drink milk at drinking parties). When I visited a few days ago, they closed without any notice on social media, which was very unpleasant, but the lamb sandwich in the previous post looked delicious, so I gave in to my appetite and visited. But when I got to the store and tried to order, they didn't have lamb sandwiches. I had to choose from three types: shrimp cutlet, Tokachi potato Croquette, and omelette with bacon. Hmm, what on earth is New Zealand about? I had no choice but to choose the omelette and bacon set (900 yen), which is probably also available in New Zealand, and I didn't want to have a lack of New Zealand flavor, so I ordered a Manuka latte (+300 yen). The service was slow. It took about 10 minutes for the set to arrive, and another 10 minutes for the latte to finally arrive. It wasn't too crowded (just under half full), and combined with social media, it seemed like the place was generally relaxed. The taste was okay. The bite-sized cheesecake was probably made with cream cheese from New Zealand. It was delicious. I'll come back when the lamb sandwich is back (please let me know on social media). It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
