長年のBM店だったこちら。
LINEで予約できると聞いて初訪問してきました。
タイミングよく今日は金曜日。
金曜のランチメニューは、「至高のマグロ丼」！
12時半の時点でほぼ満席の店内。
カウンター2席のみ空きに滑り込みました。
すぐにでてくるマグロ丼。
黄身の濃い卵黄がのってます。
マグロの漬けの下には、とびっこやいくらが隠れていて、うまいのなんの。漬けの味付けがとてもいい塩梅で、極上の玉子がよく合う！
確かに至高のランチタイムとなりました。
脇をかためる洋風茶碗蒸し、牛肉のすき煮もきちんと割烹の味。
ささみカツに、具沢山の豚汁もついてきます。
食後に、トリュフ的なチョコ菓子とアイスカプチーノってのが、またオシャレですね。
値段以上の満足度です。
他の曜日にも伺ってみたいお店。
